BRITISH SURREALISTS, Falmouth Art Gallery

SURREALISM evolved as an international movement early in the last century,and British artists were often influenced by Continental surrealists, artists such as Magritte, Ernst & Dali. The Surrealists were interested in the expression of dreams,which were often seen as manifestations of the power of the subconcious.

National Theatre London

My friends at WILD WORKS Theatre Company are currently building their installation,
“ARK-IVE”,outside the  NATIONAL THEATRE on LONDONS, SOUTH BANK.

It’s part of the “WATCH THIS SPACE FESTIVAL” & is open to the public
from  “23rd to the 27th. August.FREE
12.30 until  7 (Closes Bank Holiday Monday at 18ooohrs)

THE BIRDMAN’S HUT Grizedale Forest

No one has ever seen the birdman,
although walkers exploring the wild spaces between the forest trails, sometimes stumbled upon his hut.
Perched on a rocky outcrop,near the top of the forest, his ramshackle  shack looked out over the treetops,towards the high peaks of the  Lake District.
