Weather or not?

Over this winter, several sculpture projects have  been nipped in the bud, & others severely pruned , due ,perhaps  to  the “current economic climate”?
Failed planning applications, somewhere higher up the food chain has cancelled others.

But out here on Planet Botallack, there are things that continue to function, despite these setbacks.

Like the weather.
We get it,
whether  we ask for it or not?
